THIS IS ME...
I make a lot of mistakes in the fashion world. Seriously, a lot.
I keep buying the Same. Exact. Stuff. Striped tops, anything black or gray and infinity scarves. It's like my uniform.
I am the queen of a little thing called the Buy and Return Merry-Go-Round. Ever been on this ride? It's not fun.
I envy those women who always look put together (you know the ones I'm talking about). Their style looks effortless, while mine looks effort-less, as in no effort was made.
I am a functionista. As defined by Urban Dictionary, a Functionista is someone who consistently wears situationally appropriate clothing. Anyone who dresses purely according to the dictates of function, in response to actual weather conditions and in pursuit of personal comfort. The opposite of fashionista.
I need to transform my look from functional to fashionable.
Enter Stitch Fix. I stumbled upon it one day while browsing through my Facebook feed where a friend wrote a post about how much she loved her latest fix and included a link to try it for yourself. The decision was simple.
It's the perfect opportunity to begin revamping my wardrobe!
While I waited (impatiently) for my box to arrive, I scoured the web and read countless blogs and reviews about other people's fixes while tweaking my style profile and building my Pinterest fashion board. Reading what others had to say about their fixes was super helpful and most importantly, it's so fun to see what other people get!
I want to share my Stitch Fix experience and hopefully provide some inspiration along the way! Click on What is Stitch Fix if you want more information about how it works.

- A stylist is going to personally select clothing for me and include little cards with suggestions of how to wear it? Yes, please.
- It arrives in a box on my doorstep and I try it on in my own home? Yes, please.
- If I don't like any of the items I can send them back in the prepaid envelope? Sign me up!
