So what compelled me to create an entire BLOG reviewing my fixes after my very first fix? I was completely inspired by the Stitch Fix concept! I loved the process from start to finish and felt like I had discovered this super cool thing that had to be shared. In reality, Stitch Fix had already been around for a couple of years before I found it, but I still wanted to spread the word. I was deep in a fashion rut and Stitch Fix has helped me climb out of that. If you've read my past reviews, you know not every fix is a slam dunk but guess what? Sometimes the pieces I don't keep are the ones I learn the most from as I continue to define my style. Did that just blow your mind? No matter what, the process itself is always fun.
If you're not familiar with Stitch Fix, it's a personal styling service that's fun, simple, and set to your budget. A box of clothes and accessories chosen just for you shows up on your doorstep every month or however often you desire. It's ideal for someone who never has time to shop or dreads going shopping, someone who needs a closet makeover, or someone who just loves fashion. Head on over to What Is Stitch Fix? if you want more information.
Without further ado, I give you my very first fall fix.
Anyway, one of the things I love about Stitch Fix pieces are the unique details they have. This sweater is no exception. First off, it has this subtle popcorn-ish, nubby texture (yeah, that's the best I can do to describe it).
Putting all that aside, I felt like a giant mashmallow in this sweater. Super cozy, not super flattering on me.
